How to choose

  • 1-channel 5V — one device; driven directly from an Arduino pin, 10A / 250V.
  • 2/4/8 channels — smart home, irrigation zones, aquariums; optocoupler isolated.
  • W1209 — works without Arduino: sensor + display + relay, switches at a set temperature (incubator, terrarium).
  • Some 5V relays will not trigger from a 3.3V ESP32/ESP8266 — pick a 3.3V-compatible or optocoupler module.

Compatibility

Relay contacts rated to 10A; when wiring the 220V side, tighten the terminals and use an enclosure.
