How to choose
- Switch a mains device on/off → relay module (1–8 channels).
- Keep the time through power loss → DS3231 RTC (battery backed).
- Log data → SD card module.
- Card access system → MFRC522 RFID + card + fob.
- Sound → buzzer (beeps) or DFPlayer Mini (MP3 files).
- Drop battery voltage to 5V/3.3V → LM2596 / MP1584.
Compatibility
Modules have 3 or 4 pins (VCC, GND, signal / I2C, SPI) — all compatible with Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32 and Raspberry Pi.
