How to choose
- You need an ST-Link V2 programmer (in the Programmers category) — it does not flash over plain USB.
- With the STM32duino package you can write familiar Arduino code in the Arduino IDE; for professional work use STM32CubeIDE.
- The pins are 3.3V — do not connect 5V sensors directly, use a logic level shifter.
Compatibility
Genuine chip: not a CS32/GD32 clone, recognised without issues by ST-Link and CubeProgrammer.
